Display Ads

To submit a display ad, please complete the following:

1. Download an ad order sheet.

2. Complete, sign and send the ad order sheet to the Synapse office one week (on Thursday) prior to the publication date you are requesting. You may send via fax, email or post.

3. Provide your ad material one week (on Thursday) prior to the publication date you are requesting. If possible, please email ads in PDF format. You may also mail a hard copy of your ad to the address listed above. Please note: Advertisers may prepay or be invoiced at the end of the month. Please contact the Advertising Editor for more details.

Synapse Ad Policy: Paid advertisements do not necessarily reflect the views of Synapse. Synapse and its editorial board reserve the right to decline advertisements promoting false or misleading claims, known health risks, or content deemed by the editors to be antithetical to the interests of UCSF students or the UCSF community. Synapse does not accept advertisements from tobacco or alcohol manufacturers, or sexually oriented personal ads. Synapse reserves the right to run any ad with a disclaimer.
