Be a Research Rockstar

Campus

PhD students are invited to be a research rockstar by entering the Grad Slam competition by January 4.

Grad Slam challenges PhD students who have advanced to candidacy to present their research in just three minutes or less.

Why enter? To show your ability to articulate the significance of your research in a concise, understandable way — a skill that will be crucial to you throughout your career, inside and outside of academia.

If that's not enough, the top prize is $3,000!

You must declare your intent to enter by January 4 to participate. Sign up at http://tiny.ucsf.edu/entergradslam. For rules and other details, visit the Graduate Division website.
