Join the #UCSFStandsUp Movement

Now more than ever, it is critical that individuals join the #UCSFStandsUp movement to help shape public policy that enables us to continue advancing health.

UCSF, in coordination with the University of California (UC), engages in advocacy on local, state and federal levels to support issues critical to our missions of patient care, research and education. Advocacy efforts are led by UC’s Office of the President and are carried out through its campuses system wide.

The University may invite its community of faculty, staff, students, alumni and supporters to join advocacy efforts to help shape public policy that enables us to continue advancing health.

UCSF also is part of the UC Advocacy Network, which engages community members to help highlight the impact of UC’s contributions to government officials and policymakers in Sacramento and Washington D.C.
