Volunteer in K-12 classrooms and share your enthusiasm about science with students in San Francisco! The Science and Health Education Partnership (SEP) is currently recruiting for our classroom partnership programs which bring together UCSF volunteers and San Francisco K-12 teachers to co-plan and co-teach a series of four investigative science lessons during the spring semester.

As a volunteer, you’ll get opportunities to:

…gain experience teaching

…meet young folks and help spark their interest in science

…support science education in San Francisco public schools

Volunteer with us this year. The commitment is 20-30 hours, which can be flexibly scheduled from January to June. Professional students, graduate students, post-docs, research scientists, staff and faculty are all eligible to apply for SEP’s programs.
