What are you doing during the COVID-19 isolation order? COVID-19 outbreak has changed our lives rapidly and drastically, but it hasn’t changed the fact that I’m a student. Until recently, I’ve been preparing for my PhD qualifying exam, which in a nutshell consisted of developing and presenting a grant proposal and reading scientific papers related to the proposed research. Now that the exam is behind me, I am enjoying some leisure time that I have to read books for pleasure, virtually hang out with friends, and step out on my deck for a daily dose of vitamin D.

Setting working hours can improve your productivity and help you take breaks regularly in between work intervals.
