What are you doing during the COVID-19 isolation order?
Our household is busy with homeschooling two school-aged children, along with learning how to become an efficient online learner. Zoom fatigue is a real thing! Our family stays active with bike riding and indoor exercising.
What useful tip(s) do you have for others in self-isolation?
Create a schedule!!! Carve out time 30 minutes to 1 hour of personal time in the day for your mental health.
