Ocean beach

One of the greatest perks of living in San Francisco is the easy access to nature. Since the Great Highway (now officially a park) was closed to traffic on the weekends, it has become one of my favorite locations in the city for my long runs, as it is relatively flat and has an ocean view. I have seen the Ocean Beach from the Great Highway countless times. Nonetheless, a change in perspective could still reveal a completely different scenery, as captured here through the bushes at the Great Highway & Noriega on January 1st, 2025.  The Ocean Beach is certainly not the best for surfing, yet it can still give off a unique charm when it is not covered in fog.
