Sunset

This photo captures a beautiful San Diego sunset during a brief study break on dedicated (time set aside for medical students to study for their board exams). The gradient from warm pink to gentle orange to ultimately an ocean gray marks the transition from day to night, and another day of studying done. The silhouette of the two palm trees stands out against the skyline while a few other shorter palm trees fill the bottom of the image.  The beauty of the sunset is a good reminder to take a deep breathe and appreciate your surroundings even during busy times!
